This model provides maximum flexibility. Start with pay-as-you-go credits without any commitment—perfect for testing or occasional translation needs. If you become a regular user, a subscription gives you more Workspaces for different clients and a bulk discount on monthly credits.
Can I buy credit packs on any plan?
Yes. Anyone, including users on the Free plan, can purchase credit packs at any time. They are the primary way to use AI Glot without a subscription and are perfect for topping up if you run out of your monthly subscription credits.
Do credits expire?
Credits purchased from packs are yours forever—they never expire. Subscription credits are included in your monthly plan and reset every month.
How are credits calculated?
Credits are consumed based on the number of words processed. Our analyzer scans your CSV before you commit to the translation, providing a transparent quote. One credit typically covers approximately 10 words of high-quality AI translation.
What is a Workspace?
A Workspace is a secure container for your batches and glossaries. If you are an agency, you can create separate Workspaces for different clients to ensure their data and terminology stay completely isolated.
